The first thing to do is install and activate the Zeno Report Remarks plugin.
After initiation, go to the Settings »Discussion page in the WordPress management area and then navigate to the” Allow remark tags “option.

First, the “Flagging threshold” option. This basically allows setting up of multiple reports before the remark is marked for manual review. The recommended setting is to set this number to 1, but it can be set as high as possible.
Second, there is an “Administrator notifications” option that allows to choose whether to receive emails when sending remarks for manual review.
