First, log in to WordPress admin dashboard » hover over Appearance in the left menu side of the dashboard »Select Customize in the Window that appears.

First, download and Activate the favicon rotator plugin
After Activation head to the plugin settings and insert the desired favicon via the “Add Icon” and “Set Icon” button.
