WhatsApp Gets Killer Upgrades as it is Testing QR Codes to Help Users Connect as Well as Getting Security updates

WhatsApp is testing new features on its platform to make it more user friendly and secure as spotted in the beta version of the messaging app. One of them is QR code tools and this new feature will be used for sharing the contact info between the users, as reported by WABetaInfo,

QR code option will enable users to have their own code to make it available to others for adding contacts and there will be a QR Scan Code option which will help to scan other user’s codes.

WhatsApp has recently enabled the support for QR codes in its iOS beta updates and now the same feature started rolling out to the Android platform also.
